Middlesex OPP are still investigating the death of a 62-year-old London man who was struck and killed while walking along Hwy. 401 Wednesday morning.
Police said the man was walking along the east lanes after having left his vehicle, which was parked on the south shoulder, when a transport truck struck about 6:30 a.m. near Elgin Rd.
He was pronounced dead the scene.
Police are not releasing his name until his family is notified.
