Stephen Harper in town to pitch fitness tax credits

The Conservatives are hoping an offer of a tax break on gym memberships will motivate Canadians to get off their butts and vote Tory come May 2.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper will use Sunday’s campaign stop in London — his first in the 10-riding region since the election was called — to announce a tax credit to help offset the costs of physical fitness programs.
The Conservatives introduced a tax credit in 2007 to partially offset the costs of child fitness programs.
