Two Listowel residents face Excise Act charges after RCMP seized 67,000 contraband cigarettes.
Police say the accused were operating an in-home tobacco store where they sold unstamped tobacco that originated from the Six Nations Reserve near Brantford to select members of the community. Also seized were $4,000 in cash and a 2007 GMC truck allegedly used to transport the unstamped tobacco.
