A $100-million "gateway" project will mark London's Highway 401 entrance.
More than 60 acres of land -- from the Costco store, south of Hwy. 401 on Wellington Road to Dingman Road -- will be home to a 500,000 square foot retail and commercial plaza.
"It is an exciting development, we want to bring London to Hwy. 401," said David Johnston, president of PenEquity. Realty Corp. in Toronto who is developing the project.
