A drunken man wielding a stick stormed into a London church service and demanded cash on Sunday.
Shortly before 4 p.m., two parishioners at a downtown church asked a man who was drinking on the steps to leave the property. The man attacked the two men, ripping the shirt of one and throwing a piece of concrete at the other, police said.
Armed with a wooden stick and a brick, the man went into the church and interrupted the service, demanding money.
