It's judgment day of reckoning for the husband of London's former mayor.
Tim Best, 49, will find out this morning his punishment for a bizarre impaired driving episode two years ago on the Hwy. 401 Best, husband of Anne Marie DeCicco-Best, was found guilty by a jury of three charges -- impaired driving causing bodily harm, and two counts of failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
The charges stemmed from a wild night of driving on a wintry Jan. 31, 2009.
