Police say the two deaths at Kipps Lane apartment building Monday were a murder-suicide.
Constance Fuhrman, 43, was found dead in her 10th floor apartment.
Her estranged husband, Kenneth Fuhrman of Thorndale was found on the grass outside and appeared to have fallen from an upper apartment.
He was taken to LHSC, where he was pronounced dead.
