City hall expects 150 Londoners to attend Saturday when it holds a first-ever conference aimed at improving citizen engagement in civic politics.
The so-called community engagement task force will use the citizen input to help craft a policy guiding how the public is notified on issues and how feedback is collected.
'(It's) not just communicating with people but how do we interact with people? How does decision-making get done here?' said Elaine Gamble, the city's communications director.
