A would-be, middle-aged female bank robber warned she had explosives and demanded cash, but got away with nothing Monday afternoon.
The woman walked into the Bank of Montreal at 457 Wharncliffe Rd about 1:50 p.m., London police said.
The woman said she had explosives but when she was denied cash, fled.
Police said no one was hurt, no cash was taken and it appears there were no explosives.
They're looking for white female, about 50 to 60 years old, 5'3" tall with a slim build.
