Time seems to be flying at city hall for Joe Fontana -- and while the past three months haven't been head-spinning for London's mayor, they've certainly held their share of surprises.
There was unanimous council support for a tax-freeze budget, for example. And the
relatively smooth push so far
towards what Fontana calls "rightsizing" city hall.
The mayor, who assumed power Dec. 1 in the same building where his political career started decades ago, will mark his 100th day in office.
