Police say some have been getting phone calls from people claiming to be employees of major credit card companies and telling the people that since they've been loyal customers they're eligible for a discounted trip to the U.S. or Caribbean.
The caller then asks the person for a credit card number to book the discounted trip.
Police said the callers are not employed by the credit card companies and to never disclose credit card or personal information to unknown people.
