Dozens of vials of a narcotic 100 times more powerful than morphine went missing at London’s University Hospital.
But a Health Canada report shows at least 57 vials of Fentanyl citrate were unaccounted for at the hospital during September, October and the first 10 days of November.
With such a strong kick, Fentanyl is in demand as a street drug. Outreach workers in the city blame as many as 30 deaths in the past two years on Fentanyl overdoses.
