Council overhaul

London politicians heard Tuesday night from citizens about drastic changes to city hall's governance structure that will, among other things, have council meeting just once a month.
The proposed changes, already in place with no public input before Tuesday night, were met with mixed reviews but described by bureaucrats as a way to make city hall more efficient.
Huge changes were ushered in just in December, largely due to the demise of board of control.
